We are seeking a Head of Content Marketing to lead and execute our content strategy, ensuring consistent, compelling, and conversion-driven messaging across all marketing and sales assets. This role will own content development across multiple channels—including thought leadership, demand generation, product marketing, and sales enablement—driving engagement with executives, decision-makers, and influencers.

You will work closely with leadership, sales, product marketing, creative resources and demand generation teams to create narratives that position Skan as the category leader with clear differentiators in Process Intelligence and enterprise AI.

Responsibilities

Product Messaging & Content Strategy
  • Assess and refine Skan’s core messaging framework, ensuring alignment with the company’s value proposition and competitive differentiation.
  • Craft compelling product messaging and positioning alongside the PMM function to highlight a differentiated positioning that resonates with enterprise buyers and key decision-makers.
  • Ensure consistency in brand storytelling across all content formats and channels.
Sales Enablement Content
  • Develop sales collateral, including pitch decks, one-pagers, battle cards, and customer case studies, working closely with product marketing.
  • Create compelling narratives and objection-handling content to support the sales team throughout the buyer journey.
  • Translate complex technical concepts into clear and engaging content that empowers sales teams.
Market & Competitive Intelligence Content
  • Conduct research on industry trends, competitor messaging, and customer pain points and insights to inform content strategy.
  • Develop content that highlights Skan’s unique value proposition in the context of market needs and competitive differentiation.
  • Work closely with product marketing to create thought leadership pieces that establish Skan’s authority in the Process Intelligence space. SEO.
Content Optimization & Thought Leadership
  • Develop and execute an SEO strategy to increase organic traffic and drive lead generation.
  • Optimize content for search intent, keywords, and technical SEO while maintaining high-quality messaging.
  • Collaborate with the demand generation team to align SEO efforts with content marketing and digital campaigns.
  • Create and optimize thought leadership content (executive blogs, reports, webinar scripts) to establish Skan as an industry leader.
  • Continuously analyze content performance metrics, making data-driven improvements to enhance search rankings and engagement.
Creative Team Management
  • Lead and manage content writers, designers, and external agencies to ensure content excellence.
  • Establish workflows and quality standards for copywriting, design, and multimedia content.
  • Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines and maintains consistency across formats and channels.
  • Drive creative innovation in visual storytelling, interactive content, and multimedia assets.
Internal Content & Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Collaborate with product marketing and leadership to refine and communicate key messaging internally
  • Support executive leadership with content for industry presentations, analyst briefings, and investor messaging.
  • Ensure all content aligns with broader marketing and sales objectives while maintaining brand voice and messaging consistency. 

Requirements and skills Required skillset:
  • 8+ years of experience in B2B content marketing, preferably in SaaS, enterprise AI, automation, or process intelligence.
  • Proven ability to craft clear, persuasive, and engaging messaging for enterprise and technical audiences.
  • Strong experience in SEO-driven content marketing, including keyword research, onpage optimization, and content analytics.
  • Experience developing high-impact sales and marketing content, including product messaging, thought leadership, and demand generation assets.
  • Strong storytelling skills with the ability to simplify complex topics into compelling, digestible narratives.
  • Experience working with sales and product marketing teams to create effective sales enablement content.
  • Knowledge of SEO, content marketing, and digital demand generation strategies.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple content initiatives simultaneously.
  • A passion for AI, digital transformation, and enterprise technology.
