Role Description:
As Sr. ABM Program Manager, you design and run Skan AI's 1:1 ABM programs for existing customer accounts, turning them into expansion pipeline and stronger retention. You work inside the ABM framework, measurement standards, and budget management. You own the account plans, programs, and day-to-day coordination that make 1:1 programs work effectively at scale. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in account detail and can connect it to strategy, coordinating account executives, customer success, content, digital, field, and product marketing around the accounts that matter most.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and run 1:1 ABM programs for expansion accounts, from account plan through execution, optimization, and reporting.
- Build account plans with account executives and customer success, covering buying-committee maps, whitespace, expansion plays, and sequencing. Submit plans and investment asks to marketing leadership for approval.
- Partner with product marketing and content on account-specific messaging, business cases, and executive content.
- Orchestrate multi-channel 1:1 programs: executive outreach, direct mail and gifting, in-person experiences, personalized content, and account-level paid support with the digital and paid team.
- Work with field marketing to build executive dinners, roundtables, and customer programs into account plans.
- Coordinate BDRs on buying-committee outreach within expansion accounts.
- Manage the 1:1 ABM sub-budget and report spend against outcomes monthly.
- Track account engagement and expansion pipeline using the measurement standards set with marketing operations, and flag accounts ready for sales action.
- Deliver regular 1:1 performance updates to sales and marketing leadership with account trends and recommended changes.
- Contribute 1:1 learnings to the wider ABM playbook, including tiering and 1:few programs.
Qualifications:
- 6+ years in B2B marketing, with 3+ years focused on ABM in enterprise SaaS or tech.
- Proven record running 1:1 ABM programs that drive expansion pipeline.
- Deep understanding of buying-committee dynamics, account planning, and customer expansion motions.
- Experience with executive events, roundtables, and gifting programs tied to account engagement.
- Strong collaborator across account executives, customer success, BDRs, field, and product marketing.
- Hands-on with HubSpot for account-level execution and tracking.
- Analytical and organized, able to move between account strategy and campaign detail.
- Clear communicator who turns account activity into useful insight.
